Every step covered
Washing
All of our member laundries use equipment optimised for fabric care, using the most eco-friendly detergents available. Our cleaning processes are also regularly audited by a third party-specialist.
Finishing
Before ironing and after washing, all items are checked for staining, rips or holes. Thanks to care and attention to detail, our rejection rates are one of the lowest in the industry—averaging between 2-3%
Folding
We machine fold any linen that needs to be, so we can deliver in the best condition possible. Towelling is also machine folded, and quality checked as the items are hand-fed to the folders.
Logistics
Stay stocked with a consistent flow of laundry with our flexible collection and delivery schedules. Our logistics team works around you, whether you need daily, weekly, or customised delivery cycles.
