Why do we exist?
Our raison d'etre is to work with our customers and the industries we serve to develop sustainable and cost effective laundry based solutions that deliver benefits for everyone.
We firmly believe in creating an environment where we can encourage collaborative working relationships. Then using new technologies along with excellent communication to improve service levels and to find solutions to the sustainability issues that challenge us all.
Additionally we are working hard to create an open community where the sharing of information with our members allied to the adoption of best practice helps them to develop and grow their own businesses. This is designed to give service levels across the marketplace in a consistent manner recognised everywhere as “THE NLG WAY”.
Why choose us?
We operate with 32 laundries located throughout the United Kingdom which allows us to, in many instances, reduce the delivery mileage and therefore the carbon footprint.
Every hotel property is allocated a service manager who are either laundry owners or senior managers. This means lines of communication are very short and in the event of an issue you can speak to someone who can make a quick decision and resolution.
All laundry processes are independently vetted using industry-specific test pieces to assess whiteness, brightness, and stain removal. Rigorous quality control means your linen is consistently returned in the condition you expect.
